Step 2: Mortgage Obligation ($60k)
The Board must continue to pay the monthly mortgage, insurance and property taxes to avoid default. AKL members have returned to the house for the spring semester of 2011. We are recruiting additional students for next school year to make AKL financially sustainable. The chapter needs reoccurring donations to help bridge the gap until ETA is able to regain it campus status. This may come as soon as the 2011-2012 school year.
- Continued monthly payment of the mortgage (principal ~$120k, monthly payments of just over $1,500 per month through Summer, 2011)
Step 3: Continued monthly payment of the mortgage (principle ~$120k, monthly payments of just over $1,500 per month through Summer, 2011)
